Overview
EBAA has received notification from DPT Testing Partners of an upcoming supply chain disruption affecting Bio-Rad’s HBsAb kit. Bio-Rad has reported a gap in distribution of the next kit lot due to quality control issues.
Impact and Timeline
The current kit lot expires on August 28, 2026. The next kit lot is expected to be released on September 11, 2026. During this period, Eurofins DPT will be unable to perform hepatitis B surface antibody testing.
