Join EBAA and your eye banking peers March 1-3, 2023, at the Loews Kansas City in Kansas City for the EBAA Eye Banker Leadership Program.
The event opens with an educational experience at the World War I Museum, and a welcome reception, followed by a two-day program featuring sessions and workshops designed to provide attendees with information and tools to accelerate professional and personal growth. The program will be led by Lowell Aplebaum, an IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator.
The program is designed for leaders at various levels in their careers. There will be a variety of general sessions and breakout sessions to allow individuals to select sessions that align with their interests and goals. The agenda is being finalized but the tentative program schedule and topics are listed below.

After a brief kick-off session at the hotel, the Eye Banker Leadership Program will begin with an experiential learning experience at the National WWI Museum and Memorial. Attendees will have private after hours access to the main gallery. After viewing the exhibits, participants will attend a reception featuring dinner, drinks and networking.
