Members of the EBAA Board of Directors are expected to review, understand and comply with the policies listed in the EBAA Board of Directors Responsibilities, the Conflict of Interest Policy, and Anti-Trust Policy and the Principles of Professional Conduct

As a member of an EBAA Board of Directors, I understand my Fiduciary responsibilities to the EBAA and I agree to follow the guidelines below..*

As a member of an EBAA Board of Directors, I agree to the following:

I will adhere to the policies listed in the Board of Directors Responsibilities, Conflict of Interest Policy, Anti-Trust Policy, and Principles of Professional Conduct

I acknowledge that the information that the Board discusses or reviews may be proprietary and/or confidential and will not use this information to advance my own work or that of my organization.

I will assess proposals and information that I review in a fair and unbiased manner.

I will not disclose any of the discussions or deliberations with individuals/groups outside of the Board.

I will act responsibly on behalf of EBAA and will make decisions that reflect the association’s mission and goals.

I will disclose any potential conflicts of interest with my involvement in certain Board discussions.

The work that I help create on behalf of the Board of Directors is property of the EBAA.

Below is a disclosure of all relationships or financial positions that may cause an actual or potential conflict with the execution of my role as a member of the EBAA Board of Directors:

If, at any time following the submission of this form, I become aware of any other actual or potential conflicts of interest, or if the information contain on this form becomes inaccurate or incomplete, I will promptly notify EBAA’s President & CEO in writing, and will prepare a new disclosure form.
