EBAA’s Leadership Workshop equips you with tools to lead your eye bank in our rapidly changing environment. 

Workshop topics, presented by Karen Andrews, SPHR, include:

• Coaching for Peak Performance: Your staff’s strength and commitment determines your eye bank’s success; learn strategies to enhance your staff’s development and build a positive work environment.
• Communications and Conflict Management: Even the most successful workplaces face occasional conflict and miscommunication; develop tools to communicate more effectively and resolve conflict productively.
• Succession Planning: One happy consequence of a strong team is staff members who are ready to grow into new roles and assume new responsibilities.  Managing expectations and executing smooth transitions are critical to your eye bank’s long-term success.

The EBAA Leadership Workshop is designed for eye bank professionals at all levels who want to enhance their leadership skills.

Thursday Social: EBAA Cruise in San Diego Harbor

Dinner and Beer/Wine Included

Join us on Thursday evening for a cruise around the beautiful San Diego harbor.  Attendees can board the Spirit of San Diego at the resort’s private dock and enjoy a glass of champagne before embarking on a sunset cruise of San Diego Harbor. Dine under the stars, view the stunning San Diego skyline and enjoy your friends and colleagues from across the profession. The event includes dinner, drinks, and music.
