The EBAA Annual Meeting, with an attendance of more than 300 eye bank executives, hospital development coordinators, ophthalmologists, and technicians, is the ideal venue for companies to promote their products and services.
Each Registration Includes:
- Meeting Access: Exhibitors may attend all educational sessions.
- Exhibit Hall Presence: Exhibitors receive one six-foot table in our Exhibit Hall, site of three breakfasts, one lunch, one reception, an awards reception and four breaks.
- Representatives: Each registration includes badges for two individuals. Badges may be purchased for additional representatives.
- Attendee Information: A list of attendee contact information, including email address, will be provided.
- Food & Beverage: Food will be provided during exhibit hours. Note: Vouchers for hotel restaurant will be provided during Awards Luncheon.
- Exposure: Listing in the EBAA Meeting App and website with logo and information. Exhibitors will also be featured in EBAA communications to all members and in our social media feeds.
Optional Add-Ons:
- Innovation Showcase Add-On: Exhibitors may purchase the opportunity for a 15 minute demo or presentation to attendees. This is dedicated time to speak to a large number of attendees without the noise of the exhibit hall around you where you can only speak to one person at a time. This option sold out quickly in 2025 for three presentation slots. This year, we are offering up to 6 slots available on a first come, first serve basis. Sign up fast!
- Thursday Social: EBAA at the Racetrack: Join us on Thursday evening for a night at the newly reimaged Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum, where you can step into actual Indy cars, test your driving skills in simulators, and join in a pitstop challenge. The event includes transportation to the racetrack, dinner, drinks, and networking with attendees.
