EBAA is currently looking for volunteers to help scan name badges during the 2019 Annual Meeting. If you are a friendly person interested in volunteering to scan at any of the sessions listed below, please fill out the form below and select the sessions you are available. Please note that scanners should report to the designated rooms 20-25 minutes before the session. This is a great way to meet and interact with other conference attendees!

Volunteers will scan attendees’ badges as they enter/leave specific sessions during the Annual Meeting.
