A few items you may want to include are: why you needed a cornea transplant (state the condition or disease that led to you needing one), the name of the eye bank that provided your tissue (if you know), how your sight was before your transplant, how your sight improved because of your transplant, if there is anything you wish you could tell your donor's family, any additional information you would like to include about your experience, receiving the gift of sight, or your life after receiving the transplant.
