Rear Admiral Kenneth Moritsugu served as the Acting Surgeon General of the United States, in 2002 and again from July 2006 until his retirement from the Commissioned Corps of the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) in September 2007. Dr. Moritsugu has been committed to donation and transplantation since the 1990s, when his wife and daughter became eye, organ, and tissue donors, and in 2016, served as the keynote speaker at the White House Summit on Organ Donation.

On Wednesday, June 6, EBAA will take over the historic Reading Terminal Market for an after-hours event exclusively for annual meeting attendees.
