Exhibitor Information

The EBAA Annual Meeting, with an attendance of over 350 eye bank executives, hospital development coordinators, ophthalmologists and technicians, is the ideal venue for companies to promote their products and services to a wide variety of national and international leaders.

Each Registration Includes:

  • One 6′ X 30” skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket provided by hotel. Free-standing displays that are greater than 8 feet in length behind the table cannot be accommodated.  
  • Two exhibitor name badges
  • Drink Tickets for Reception in Exhibit Hall on Thursday
  • Breakfast and Lunch on Thursday and Breakfast on Friday
  • Attendee Mailing Labels
  • Listing in the Annual Meeting App
  • Listing in the pre-meeting newsletter, Insight

Exhibit Hours:
These hours are tentative and subject to change.

Wednesday, June 6  
4:00 pm– 6:00 pm Exhibitor Move In
Thursday, June 7  
7:00 am – 8:00 am Breakfast in Exhibit Hall
11:00 am– 12:15 pm Exhibit Hall Open with Lunch
5:30 pm– 6:30 pm Reception in Exhibit Hall
Friday, June 8  
7:30 am – 9:00 am Breakfast in Exhibit Hall
9:00am – 12:00 pm* Exhibitor Move Out/Additional Exhibit Time*
*Exhibitors can choose to tear down at 9:00 am, or stay for up to three additional hours of non-dedicated exhibit time.  All exhibits must be dismantled at 12:00 pm.
