We intend to hold this meeting unless CDC or another authority makes this inadvisable or impossible. If we are forced to postpone the meeting, all registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event or refunded, at the registrant’s discretion. EBAA cannot refund airfares or other travel expenses; meeting attendees may consider purchasing travel insurance.

executive workshop: inspiring a culture of trust
As an eye banker, your most important attribute is your trustworthiness. You are the stewards of the gift of sight; donor families trust you to respectfully recover and care for their final altruistic gift, while physicians and recipients trust you to provide safe, suitable tissue for transplant. Within the eye bank itself, your staff and colleagues trust you to lead the eye bank, or your specific portion of it, in a manner that ensures its success.
In his classic book The Speed of Trust, Stephen Covey explained that the first imperative of a leader is to inspire trust – bringing out the best in people by entrusting them with meaningful stewardship and to create an environment in which high trust interaction inspires creativity and possibility. Our Executive Workshop features a FranklinCovey presenter who helps you explore how to create a culture of trust, and how it makes a difference in your eye bank’s operations. Add the workshop to your registration during checkout.
