Continuing Education Information

Once certification is awarded, Certified Eye Bank Technician status will expire on December 31st, or three years from the date of certification, whichever is last. Recertification may be obtained by earning continuing education units (CEUs) within a three-year period. Refer to the Criteria for Certification and Recertification for detailed information.

To apply for CEUs, complete the Continuing Education Request Form, which is available here as a PDF. Please fill out the form completely; incomplete forms will delay the approval process. Please submit forms to the EBAA within 60 days of attending the course.
